Enablement
AI training led by the engineers who build production AI every day.
Cadent designs and runs autonomous agents, automated workflows, and language model integrations for the resources sector, government, and not-for-profits. We train your people from that real experience and embed it into the way they actually work, meeting them exactly where they are. We run the whole program end to end, on the ground at your offices.
- Delivery On-site, hands-on
- Method Discover to Embed
- Audiences Staff to executives

Who we train
From the front line to the boardroom.
Four tailored tracks, so every level of the organisation gets exactly the depth it needs.
AI literacy and safe use
Interactive classroom, up to 25 per group. The whole organisation gets confident with the approved tools, learns where the risks sit, and picks up foundational prompting.
Building agents and workflows
Practical workshop with dual facilitators. Hands-on teams learn to build personalised agents, design automated workflows, and format data so AI can actually use it.
Advanced build and mentoring
Advanced intensive, then project coaching. Selected staff go deep on writing software, monitoring agent performance, and secure version control, while delivering a real automation.
Strategy and policy into practice
Briefing and change workshop. Leadership works through risk, workforce impact, and turning your AI policy into day-to-day practice across the organisation.
Privacy, security & governance
Safe use, built into every session.
Cadent's background is AI governance, so risk management is woven through every exercise rather than taught as a separate compliance topic.
Your policy, embedded
We build your AI policy and framework into every module, so people learn the rules in the same session as the tools, with clear boundaries between public, internal, and sensitive data.
Real data stays safe
Exercises run on synthetic or fully anonymised scenarios. No live production systems or citizen records are accessed, exposed, or changed during a workshop.
Approved tools only
Training stays inside your verified environment, with no unvetted software or consumer accounts. Every automation clears your governance and access controls before it goes live.
Four steps from conversation to compounding ROI
How it works
Every managed service engagement starts the same way: an honest look at what's worth doing. Then we prove it works small, deploy it for real, and run it for as long as it earns its place.
-
Discover
A site visit and structured review of your workflows, bottlenecks, and reporting. We read your AI policy and pinpoint the highest-value use cases for the tools you already run.
-
Design
We tailor the curriculum to your systems and language, build exercises from real anonymised scenarios, and package the materials as SCORM files for your own LMS.
-
Deliver
Face-to-face sessions with a lead facilitator and a support practitioner in every room, so no one is left behind during the hands-on exercises.
-
Embed
We coach your champions through real automation projects, clear the blockers, and hand over a package so your team can maintain and extend everything on its own.
The first conversation is the same whether you end up with a managed service or just a clearer plan.
Indicative pricing
Transparent, per-head rates.
Pricing scales with confirmed headcount, so you only pay for the people you train. Every engagement opens with Discovery and Design, a fixed fee from $3,000.
